As a print-on-demand store, all of our products are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the printing or the item received is defective.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Incorrect colour ordered
• Change of mind

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• There is a printing error or defect
• The item received is damaged or faulty

If you believe your item has a printing issue or fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.
